Beginning in June 2017, the Chicago Figure Skating Club began using an online membership registration process via EntryEeze. This allows our club to go paperless and streamline the membership, testing, and competition registration process.
Directions for completing the Chicago FSC application
- A credit card is required to complete the registration process
- Go to http://www.entryeeze.com
- Under the New Membership section, select Apply for Membership
- Complete the new member application along with the payment process
- You will receive an email from EntryEeze to confirm they have received your information
- CFSC will then complete your registration with US Figure Skating. Your membership card will be available for download from the US Figure Skating website in 4-6 weeks
- Please be sure to save your username & password to access EntryEeze in the future

- Go to http://www.entryeeze.com
- Under the Existing Members section, select Access My Account
- Type in your username and password
- Update any information as needed
- Renew membership
- Register for Chicago FSC Test Sessions
- Print a Chicago FSC Letter of Permission to test or compete out of club
Home Club Memberships
Introductory | This membership is open to first-time full members. Introductory membership carries the same privileges as full membership. Members may receive this option only once; membership must be renewed at the standard member rate. | $45 |
Aspire Members | A Junior membership available at a discounted rate to persons who are enrolled in an Aspire program. | $40 |
Junior | Junior members include all members who are under 18 years of age. A Junior Member may participate in Club events and be part of a Club team, but may not vote, hold office or service as a committee chair. | $120 |
Subsequent Junior | This membership option is available for related persons residing at the same address as a first family member. Related person is under 18 years old. | $60 |
Parent Members | A parent member is the parent or guardian of a Junior Member. There shall be only one Parent Member per family for each Junior Member in that family. Parent Members may not vote. | $60 |
Senior | Senior members include all members who are 18 years of age or older. A Senior Member has all the privileges of membership, may vote and hold office, may serve on a committee and may participate in Club activities, including being part of a team. | $120 |
Subsequent Senior | The membership option is available for related persons residing at the same address as the first family member. The related person is 18 years old or older. | $60 |
Coach | Members who are actively engaged in teaching and inspiring competitive and recreational skaters and are registered as coaches with U.S. Figure Skating. Coach members who are 18 years of age or older may vote and hold office, may serve on a committee and may participate in Club activities. | $120 |
Subsequent Coach | This membership option is available for related persons residing at the same address as a first family member. | $60 |
Collegiate | This four-year full membership is available to college aged members at a reduced rate. All skating privileges apply for the four-year duration. A Collegiate Member may participate in Club events and be part of a Club team, but may not vote, hold office or serve as a committee chair. Each athlete may receive this opportunity only once during their entire skating career. | $100 |
Honorary Members | Honorary members are individuals who have contributed outstanding services to the Club. Honorary membership may be conferred upon individuals exclusively by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors present and voting. Honorary members shall be entitled to all privileges of a Senior Member, including the right to vote, hold office and to serve on a committee. Honorary dues pay no dues. Honorary membership is a lifetime designation. |
Associate Club Memberships
Associate | Associate Members include members who are Home Club members of a different figure skating club. As Associate Member may participate in Club events and be part of a Club team, but may not vote, hold office of service as a committee chair. Categories Include: | |

Social | Any adult person may become a Social Member of the Club upon payment of the social membership fee prescibed by the Board of Directors from time to time. Social members may not vote. | $35 |
